life in the Fields

OK so Monday there was no plein air paint out because it was raining or snowing. We got snow this week Very nice. . Maybe we should have gone anyway... but maybe I wouldn't have gone. Now next week  I will be in school for a couple days so I will miss the paint out... maybe I will go to the portrait society and paint the live model.

I painted from a picture I had taken in the area earlier. I have lots of picture references.

I don't have to take a trip around the world or be on a yacht in the Mediterranean to have happiness. I can find it in the little things, like looking out into my backyard and seeing deer in the fields.
